"Tanto Mar"

Tanto Mar

"Tanto Mar" is the border that separates Portugal from Brazil. An imaginary line unites two quite close extremes between Sagres and Touros, very distant and very close, united by historical bonds. This union’s borderline is an immense mass of water continuously flowing.
This essay presents images from the "Atlantic" horizons of Brazil and Portugal, non-identifying the coordinates in which the photographer is located. Coastal landscapes of both sides intertwine until left adrift by the forces of nature.
